Malik is a serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and petroleum industries. As Chairman, Malik provides the experience and leadership that helps improve value for investors in Synergy’s portfolio. He is also the CEO of Synergy Petroleum, a sister business to Synergy Capital, and holds the same title for many other real estate holding companies.

Over the years, Malik has acquired and sold a vast number of properties in the petroleum industry, along with investments in restaurants, shopping centers, and other retail properties and businesses.
